Multichannel data acquisition board are normally used in the industry, to acquire more than one channel. The use of a less expensive multiplexer is not yet widely spread. ASMUX8 want to fill this gap.
ASMUX can accept eight 4-20mA signals or eight PT100 depending from the model you choose. These channels are redirected to a single analog output. This output can be either a 4-20mA current or a 0-5V or 0-10V voltage output. The right channel is selected via three TTL digital optocoupled inputs. These features let you to acquire eight 4-20mA or PT100 only using three digital output and one analog input of your PLC.

  • Model ASMUX8-PT100 accept PT100 sensors (2, 3 or 4 wire model), model ASMUX-A420 accept 4-20mA input signal.
  • Galvanic insulation between analog inputs, digital inputs, analog output and power supply.
  • Full eight channel scan in 80 ms (10 ms for each channel).

  • ABS box with fast lock on DIN rail.

Applications:

ASMUX8 is a low cost device that let you to save money in system needing lot of measuring points.
