Model RX-400
|
| The model
RX-400 is a low noise, wideband ultrasonic receiver. Specifically
designed to keep the best signal to noise ratio with all the gain
settings, the model RX-400 can be connected to any ultrasonic transducer
in the range 0.5 to 15MHz. The RX-400 hosts two user settable gated
alarms to perform automated testing. |
Specifications:
- Input impedance:
200 Ohm ( with input voltages < ± 0.3V, for higher
voltages the protection clips the signal ).
- Max. input power:
the maximum average power which the receiver input can dissipate
is 1W.
- Rectification:
positive, negative, positive+negative and RF.
- Voltage gain:
0 to 80dB in 0.5dB steps ( no load, -6dB if RL=50 Ohm ).
- Bandwidth: 15MHz
( -3dB ).
- Noise: ( referred
to the input ) typically 15µV RMS ( BW = 15MHz ).
- Low pass filter:
2MHz, 4MHz, 10MHz, full.
- Maximum output
voltage: <±1.0Vpk min ( no load, ±1.0Vpk RL
= 50 Ohm ).
- Output impedance:
50 Ohm.
- Alarm: two gates
programmable in over threshold or under threshold; coincidence
or anti-coincidence.
- Gates delay: 125ns
to 512ns in 125ns steps.
- Gates width: 125ns
to 128ns in 125ns steps.
